ReadyPic is an independent photo-checking and preparation service operated by Holmes Universal Solutions. ReadyPic is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State or any government agency.
ReadyPic is designed to analyze and prepare selected photos in your web browser. The photo itself is not sent to Stripe for payment processing. During checkout, ReadyPic temporarily stores the selected original photo in your browser's local IndexedDB storage and may keep a reduced fallback preview in session storage so the photo can be restored after Stripe Checkout. After a verified payment successfully restores the original into the page, ReadyPic deletes the stored original and removes the fallback preview. Browser data can also be removed using your browser's site-data controls.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives information necessary to process the transaction according to Stripe's own privacy practices. ReadyPic does not place your Stripe secret payment credentials in the browser.
Our hosting and payment providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request logs, and transaction records as necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot their services.
ReadyPic does not submit passport applications or photos to the government on your behalf.
This policy may be updated as ReadyPic features and service providers change.
